In addition, the company undertakes various other projects head works comprising pumping machinery, treatment plants, overhead tanks, and other civil construction projects; and develops real estate projects. It serves central government, state governments, local bodies and the private sector. The company was incorporated in 1926 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
