User acknowledgements

  1. All GMP (Grey Market Premium) information on this platform is provided solely for educational purposes.
  2. GMP information shall not be construed as investment advice; it reflects market rumours and is not guaranteed to be accurate.
  3. My decision to apply for any IPO is made independently and is not influenced by GMP information.
  4. I apply for IPOs only after my own research and/or consulting my SEBI-registered investment advisor.
  5. I accept full responsibility for any profit or loss incurred from my IPO investments.
  6. IPO Plus does not recommend subscribing to or avoiding any IPO, and I shall not hold IPO Plus liable for any investment losses.
  7. Any application details I record or print using this platform are made for myself or my immediate family members with their consent and authorisation.
  8. I am solely responsible for the correctness, completeness and authorisation of all demat, bank and UPI details I save on this platform.
  9. I will verify every detail on a printed application form against the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) before submitting it.
  10. Applications made using third-party bank or UPI accounts are liable to be rejected by the exchanges.
  11. I confirm that I have read the RHP before investing in any company.

1. Registration & termination

Accounts are created via email verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or violate these terms or applicable law.

2. Proprietary rights

All content, design, code, data compilations and trademarks on ipo.plus are the property of IPO Plus unless otherwise stated. The site is for your personal, non-commercial use; content may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

3. Security

You may not use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data. Keep your login credentials confidential — we are not responsible for losses arising from compromised credentials.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data feeds, sync schedules and features may change, be delayed or be discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Governing law
